– SeyStore does not have a return policy after an order has been shipped and received by the customer.
– SeyStore will provide a replacement for the product if there is a manufacturer defect.
– All Apple and Samsung products come with a 1-year warranty. In case there is something that needs to be fixed, the product needs to be shipped to the closest service center (In case your country does not have a service center from the product manufacturer.)
– Customers will pay for any shipping charges involved for products they need to be fixed within the warranty period.
– Shipping insurance is not included and if customer wants to purchase insurance for the product during the shipping period this can be mentioned in the additional request section at checkout.
– Products are provided in the same color as in the images illustrated. If the specific color is not available, the customer will be notified before the product is shipped so you can select from the available options.
– Once an order is placed the product is delivered within 10-12 days MAX
– Customer is liable to provide the correct delivery address, any delay in shipping due to insufficient details by the customer are not the liability of SeyStore.
– SeyStore does not have a hotline or physical store; we are an online shopping company. Any person acting on behalf or selling on behalf of Seystore will have legal action taken against them. SeyStore is not liable for any pending orders from any other platform aside from www.seystore.com or our Facebook Page.
– Payments of products can be made via PayPal or by your credit/debit card via the secure payment merchant listed on our checkout page.
– Any change requests prior to shipping (color, type, additional items to the same order) can be accommodated provided Seystore is notified before the product is shipped. The product is shipped within the same day up to 2 days from when the order is placed.
– SeyStore uses live inventory tracking, any product that is unavailable is indicated on the website. Due to high volume and footfall on the website, this may not be indicated on a very rare occasion on the website, Seystore will inform you if the product you have requested is out of stock and allow you to select an alternative or return your payment.
– Any product over the value of SCR 3000 will have a 15% tax applicable to the excess amount and is paid directly to Seychelles Customs Authority on delivery.
– Any product over the value of SCR 5000 will have to be cleared at customs by the customer himself as per Seychelles custom regulation. Delay in the collection may result in the return of the product to our supplier, hence customers will have to pay the shipping fee again to obtain the product.
-Any product over the value of MUR 1000 will have 15% tax applicable on the excess and will have to pay the tax amount to the delivery agent.
-Any additional custom or duty charges for the product need to be paid by customer on delivery. They will be notified on these by Seystore’s local shipping company in Mauritius once the product arrives in the country.
